Phil Daigneau
Phil has worked with the County since 1997, first as a contractor until being hired in 2005 with the Auditor-Controller’s Office as an Admin Manager II. In 2008 he was promoted to an Admin Manager III as the Director of Information Technology supporting the CAPS+ Financial & Procurement System, the CAPS Payroll & Personnel System, Time Keeping, and Property Tax Management System along with other miscellaneous support systems. Phil manages a staff that supports both the Auditor-Controller and the Treasurer Tax-Collector’s offices. He has a degree in Computer Science with over 30 years’ experience.
