OCMA represents administrative managers in the collective bargaining process and in matters arising from the terms and conditions of employment with the County of Orange.

OCMA promotes professional growth, leadership and personal responsibility among its members through developing a climate of respect and enhanced experience, and by encouraging managers to develop collaborative and positive relationships with elected county officials, executives and other members of the County family.

It is OCMA’s goal to serve county government and the public by supporting and maintaining a motivated and productive management workforce – a workforce poised and experienced in taking care of county core businesses through provision of services which reflect an efficient, cost-effective, caring approach to daily county operations.
