Due to the two anticipated retirements of two Board Members, it is time to begin the nomination and election process to fill these vacancies. The “OCMA NOMINATION FORM for the 2019 BOARD OF DIRECTORS” form is available here on the OCMA website.
The seats currently held by Donna Grubaugh, the OCMA President and Brian Johnson, the OCMA Member at-Large are up for election. If you wish to run for one of the Board of Director seats, please complete the form and return it to OCMA as per the directions on the form. One seat is a 1-year and the other a 2-year term. The winner with the highest number of votes will receive the 2-year term.
Completed nomination forms are due to the OCMA office by 5:00 pm on 3-9-19.
Along with your nomination form, please provide a brief five-sentence narrative as to why you are seeking office which will be accessible for members to view on the ballot. It is anticipated that the election will start on March 16th and conclude by April 1, 2019.
