Board of Directors
Mike Kerr from CEO was recently elected by the OCMA Membership to the OCMA Board of Directors. During the election period, Mike was promoted from his Admin Mgr. II position at the District Attorney’s Office to an Admin Mgr. III as the Assistant to the County COO. Due to the nature of his new position, and to avoid any potential conflict of interest issues, Mike felt it was best that he decline to serve on the OCMA Board.
As a result of Mike’s decision, the OCMA Board of Directors provisionally appointed Melissa Tober, from HCA to serve on the Board. Melissa will also serve the entire term of office on the Board starting in January 2014. The Board of Directors are happy to have both Melissa and David Brock serve on the OCMA Board of Directors.
At the October 2nd Board of Director’s meeting, the Board elected the Board Officers as follows:
Stephen Schrieber-Smith, President; Oscar Garza, Vice-President; Phil Daigneau, Secretary; Melissa Tober, Treasurer and David Brock, Member-at-Large.
